We are the Will McCrea Trio. A specialised group that prides itself in traditional jazz ensemble playing, usually within the styles of Bebop and Straight-Ahead Jazz. 

We are committed to bringing jazz to Reading and we are proud to be a part of Reading's emerging jazz scene.

"Loose Leaf" now available on all major streaming platforms!

We are the hosts of the 'Jazz Lab' and 'Jazzmania' jam sessions bringing together jazz enthusiasts from in and around Reading.

'Jazz Lab'

 at Reading Biscuit Factory (1A Queens Walk, RG1 7QE). 

'Jazzmania'

 at Milk Bar Reading (8 Merchants Place, RG1 1DT), next session TBA. 

In September, we were invited to perform on behalf of the Mess Social Club (@the_mess_social) for their Brixton jazz night. 

This was a thoroughly enjoyable night and the vibes were immaculate. It was exciting to be able to begin our expansion in to London and we hope that this marks the beginning of a new tradition of the Trio - being regular performances in the Big Smoke!
